At Lovita, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
